Water Treatment Cooper City, Florida upgraded its existing water treatment plant and installed an advanced water treatment process called Nanofiltration. The new system utilizes nanofiltration membranes which operate at low pressure and produce a low organics drinking water. This plant produces 3 MGD (11,364 M3/D) of high quality drinking water.
