Cleaning & Sanitation
Cleaning and Sanitation Systems. During normal operation the membrane elements in reverse osmosis systems can become fouled by mineral scale biological matter and organic constituents. Deposits can build up on the membrane surface during operation and in the case of biological matter during non-operation as well until they cause a loss in water production output loss of salt rejection or both. In general membrane cleaning at proper intervals will restore or help maintain membrane output and water quality. Our cleaning and sanitation system is designed for RO units ranging in size from 4000 GPD to 110000 GPD, 15.14 to 416.40 m3/d. These systems can also be used to mix and dispense sanitizing chemicals for piping loops tanks and other process equipment.
